With an extensive background and proven track record in the Smart Buildings industry, David brings invaluable expertise to our professional services team. His role will drive the growth of LEDG's Smart Buildings practice, oversee project execution, and provide strategic guidance to our clients.
LEDG's Smart Buildings practice helps owners, tenants, and public entities digitize their real estate developments, public realm, and built environments. LEDG specializes in strategy development and master planning, in-building, campus, and city-wide technology infrastructure design, building systems integration, and construction-phase project management.
David will collaborate with our team of experienced technologists, advisors, and consultants to provide immediate value to our clients while ensuring technology infrastructures are optimized for speed, resilience, and scalability to accommodate future innovations and the needs of tomorrow's occupiers.
Prior to joining LEDG, David was the Director of Business Development at WiredScore, which sets the global standard for technology in the built world through certification. He worked with property developers and owners to provide more transparency in buildings' digital infrastructure and smart technology.
