Executive Assistant/Office Manager
remote office, based in EASTERN TIME ZONE

Position Summary
An Executive Assistant/Office Manager at Leading Edge Design Group is a versatile team member and one who is critical to the success of our organization. This position plays a key role in assisting with various aspects of the business and works closely with the Chief Executive Officer.
Responsibilities include:
- LEDG CEO support includes, but is not limited to, scheduling (using Microsoft Outlook/Teams), purchasing, expense reporting, maintaining lease agreements, implementing and overseeing internal projects, formatting presentations and documents, and assisting with travel coordination as needed.
- Assist the CEO with planning and execution of virtual and in-person company-wide events such as team culture-building activities and an annual in-person team meeting. Communicate logistical details to participants.
- Liaise with outsourced IT department to ensure team technology needs are met.
- Cross-functional support for various team members when needed.
Human Resources
- Oversee and coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Assist with HR policy creation, processes, and documentation.
Customer Care
- Post-sales order processing and tracking for customers’ equipment maintenance contracts and parts replacements. Update project status in CRM and follow through to completion. Communicate with customers and vendors on project status when applicable.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated work experience in an executive support role performing similar duties as required by the position
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to manage a wide range of tasks and adapt to the team’s evolving needs
- Prior experience working in a virtual work environment. Can work independently and can successfully collaborate through virtual communications like video conferencing, chat platforms, and email.
- Native or fluent in English
- Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive). Familiarity with HubSpot, monday.com, and Harvest is beneficial but not required.

Location Travel Requirements
This is a remote-office position. Travel will only be necessary for occasional in-person events, including an annual in-person team meeting in New Hampshire.
