This collaboration highlights our ongoing commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion by supporting LEDA's mission to empower exceptional students from under-resourced backgrounds.

LEDA plays a crucial role in helping young leaders gain admission to top colleges and achieve academic and professional success. By partnering with LEDA, LEDG aims to make a significant impact on the lives of these talented students and contribute to a more diverse leadership landscape in the U.S.

Key aspects of the LEDA Scholars program include:

• Recruitment and Admissions: Each year, LEDA recruits 100 exceptional public high school students who demonstrate leadership potential and may benefit from additional support as they navigate their journey to and through college.
• Aspects of Leadership Summer Institute: A free, five-week summer program at Princeton University for LEDA Scholars, offering valuable learning experiences and networking opportunities for college success and beyond.
• College Guidance and Success: LEDA’s staff supports Scholars during the summer institute and their senior year to help them apply to colleges that match their potential. Notably, 86% of LEDA Scholars have enrolled at Barron’s "most     competitive colleges," 36% at Ivy League schools, and over 90% have graduated within six years.
